I’m an "Östgöta lad" from Vadstena originally. After a few trips around the world studying and working (USA, Portugal, Italy and Norway) I eventually landed in Stockholm. After working in sales, marketing and business development globally for 20+ years, I felt it was time to take that experience and start my own company in 2017.
Mountains, rapids, all kinds of storms and the northern lights are four settings that make me feel really good. Not only because they give me perspective, but because they give me energy.
There's a competitive streak in me that loves all kinds of challenges. My curiosity and stubbornness have been a strength and a door-opener in many situations. I care deeply about the conversation around mental health in all its forms, and I'm convinced that life must be balanced by more challenges than just work.
I've deliberately chosen not to build a company with lots of employees. Instead, over the years I've gathered a network of people I consider some of the best in the business. That lets me stay close to the clients and still scale up when needed. For me it's not about owning all the expertise myself, but about knowing who's best suited to contribute at the right moment.
